Questions, bugs, ideas? Email [email protected] and a human will read it. You can also reach us from the app: Settings, then Contact Us.
Reporting a problem
The fastest fixes come from reports that include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version,
- the Decktage version, shown at the foot of Settings,
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible.
You don't have to send us anything else. If the issue affects an export, attaching that exported video can help.
Decktage Pro
Decktage is free to use, and free exports carry a "Made with Decktage" watermark. Decktage Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, that removes the watermark, unlocks every Pro look, card and background, and exports in 4K and 60 fps. In the United States it costs $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year; the App Store sets the price in other countries, and the app shows yours before you confirm. There is no free trial, and Decktage Pro is not shared through Family Sharing.
Both plans unlock the same things. If you switch from one to the other, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Managing your subscription
Apple handles Decktage Pro billing. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open Manage Subscriptions, or go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Subscribers can also tap Manage Subscription in Decktage's Settings. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem.
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Decktage's Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
